magazine poll has revealed that nearly two thirds of HR professionals approve of the EU Court of Justice ruling that will allow employees who fall sick while on annual leave to reschedule their holidays, even if this means carrying untaken holidays into the next year.
The poll was conducted amongst readers of HR magazine, with 61% of readers saying they supported the legislation even though it will place an increased administrative burden on companies.
