This means that as well as using LeaveMaster to see at a glance how many sick days each employee in your organisation has had, you can now also keep track of their ongoing Bradford Factor score, but without the burdensome administration time and potential for error that comes with calculating the score manually.
You can use LeaveMaster and the Bradford Factor’s unique formula to identify which employees are hurting your business through little and often absences, warn staff who are about to exceed their Bradford Factor limit and take action against those whose score is above the agreed level.
