Following the Department of Health’s
pledge to save over £4 billion in the NHS, including savings of £550 million in reduced absence costs, efficiency savings have become a hot topic.
But is it really possible for an organisation to make efficiency savings of that magnitude and, if so, how can they be achieved?
As discussed in a
