In today’s blog, we’d like to discuss another report that you can generate: The Bradford Factor report.
The Bradford Factor is a unique formula that helps you tackle the costly problem of employee absenteeism. By giving each of your employees a rating based on the number and length of their absences, it allows you to see which of your employees are hurting your business through little and often absences.
Using LeaveMaster, you can quickly and easily generate a report that shows you the up-to-the-minute Bradford Factor scores for all employees in your organisation. You can see the latest scores for all employees in a specific department, or generate a report that shows you the up-to-date score for every member of staff.
You can then warn staff who are about to exceed their Bradford Factor limit or take action against those whose score is above an agreed level.
