According to a new survey , the average UK employee takes the equivalent of a full working week off sick every year.
Conducted by the EEF and Westfield Health, the survey found that, although the level of sickness absence in the UK is falling, the average employee still took five days of sickness absence in 2010.
By using LeaveMaster in conjunction with the Bradford Factor, you can deter unwarranted sickness absence in your organisation and reduce your absenteeism levels.
