A significant number of UK employers are unaware of their organisation’s current sickness absence levels, a survey has revealed
185 UK employers, representing a combined workforce of 650,000 global employees, were polled for the Aon Hewitt Benefits and Trends Survey.
32% of the surveyed employers said that they did not know how many days their employees were absent every year. Meanwhile, 60% of those who did provide a figure said they were not very confident of its accuracy.
