A survey has found that the majority of UK employers have not yet established a formal policy for taking leave during the London 2012 Olympics.
A poll of 1000 workers conducted by recruitment consultants Badenoch & Clark found that 60% of employees have not been told what arrangements will be in place in their organisation for taking holidays during the Olympics.
With many members of staff likely to want to book holidays to attend events and watch the Games on TV, Badenoch & Clark have warned employers that, unless they establish an official leave policy, large numbers of employees could take leave at the same time, and, as a result, offices will be significantly understaffed.
By implementing LeaveMaster in your organisation, you can efficiently and effectively plan and manage staff leave throughout the year.
